Pilates Matwork: Spinal and Hip Mobility

During this tough time and while we are self-isolating, Join Zeina Kabbara' s Pilates classes from home to keep inspiring you to move, stay healthy, stay fit & elevate your move! So let's celebrate what our bodies can do TOGETHER  No Equipments  All you need is a mat, and a couple of dumbbells. If you don't have a mat at home, you can fold 2 towels on top of each other, and use bottles of water or cans of food ( Make sure they are of equal weights).  Level : Beginner Friendly. Also I will show you various options to challenge yourselves.
