Earth Hour is the perfect time to switch off not only the lights but “us” and rebalance, relax and allow not only the planet to heal itself but also our mind and body.

* Somewhere comfy to lie. Your bed or sofa !
* A blanket, as when our body enters a healing state, our body temperature drops and we feel cold.
