Day 1 Warming Up & Priming

Taco explains the importance of a warm up, the difference between activating and priming your muscles and which muscles to specifically target for different workout styles.

Day 2 Stretching & Mobility

Why do we need to stretch before a workout? Important body parts to keep mobile and some unique stretches that make kettlebell training safer and more effective!

Day 3 Kettlebell Anatomy

Learn the language and anatomy of a kettle bell so you can better understand programming and exercise pointers. Learn how to describe which part of the kettlebell to hold, to secure and take your understanding of the movements to the next level.

Day 4 Squat Deadlift

Starting off with the squat and deadlift, learn the fundamentals to moving the kettlebell and begin laying the foundations to your future dynamic lifts.

Day 5 Hip-Hinge Deadlift

Learn the fundamentals behind lifting with a safe back position and strong posture as you begin to strengthen your back and focus the resistance and control through your powerful glutes.

Day 6 Assisted Clean

When taking the kettlebell from below the waist to the shoulder position, a clean technique is the most effective and efficient, in this lecture, Taco explains how to begin this technical movement with assistance from the opposite arm, so as to reduce injury and imprint the movement pattern neurologically first!

Day 7 Squat Swing

Understanding the difference between a squat swing and a hip hinge swing so you can better utilise both movements, focus your training more on anterior or posterior chain and begin a more effective kettlebell training programme.

Day 8 Hip Hinge Swing

The Hip Hinge Swing or common called the kettlebell swing is one of the most common exercises performed with kettlebells. Taco explains the intricate details and gives you a deeper understanding of how to protect your back, how far the kettlebell should rise in front of your body and how to maintain and strong posture in the lowest position of the movement.

Day 9 Pendulum Swing

Utilise this third type of swing into your programme and offer another outlet to target the glutes and posterior chain & protect your back. Taco also discusses what kind of reps & volume this lift is appropriate for compared to the others.

Day 10 Double Arm Swing Clean

Taking the clean movement with a kettlebell and breaking it down into its components preparing for the single arm clean. In this lecture Taco demonstrates the position to begin the swing, transitioning from the floor to holding the kettle bell at shoulder height, an important fundamental on your journey with kettlebells!

Day 11 Dead Clean

The next progression in the cleans variations, lifting the weight from static on the floor, understanding the momentum of the flight into the rack position to prepare for the next explosive movement.

Day 12 Swing Clean

The next progression in your preparing for overhead work with the kettlebell moving from below the hip to the rack position, with variations in standing, squatting and the pendulum swing!

Day 13 Racking

Learn how to effectively rack the kettlebell in your shoulder with a strong posture and healthy wrist position, in preparation for a variety of overhead movements! Also demonstrations of some variations for females.

Day 14 Pressing

Sounds simple but Taco will take you through the nuances of pressing the kettlebell, where your wrist should be and where your start and position should be for effective strength and conditioning training

Day 15 Rowing

Fire up your upper posterior chain and work your mid traps, rhomboids and lats with these variations of the kettlebell row, split stance and narrow stance too!

Day 16 American Swing

The beautiful full shoulder range kettlebell swing, when to use it, when not to use it, how to make sure it's the correct exercise for your programme and how to maximise your effort safely!

Day 17 Double Kettlebell

Double kettlebell training is great to add extra weight into your programmes, taco explains how to utilise two kettlebells together, safely effectively by demonstrating the Double Kettlebell Dead-Swing Clean.

Day 18 Recap & Tips

Taco recaps his main teaching points to reinforced some of the more common themes he finds in kettlebell training to keep you focused and on track towards becoming the next expert in Kettlebell training.

Day 19 Programming & Goals

How to take what you have learned so far and create an effective kettlebell training programme specifically tailored towards the goals that have been laid out at the start of training.

Day 20 Working Out
